PTI Make It Monday #127: Double Backgrounds

This is Emily's card.  She loves the shiny paper from PTI.  Of course she makes all kinds of projects with my nice scrapbooking supplies and never gives them to anyone, so I said she could only use the paper if she gave the card to someone.  She decided to give it to another couple moving to Mexico City:  "Luis and Keri, I hope you like Mexico.  Love, Emily."
