PTI MAKE IT MONDAY #213: COOL CONDENSATION EFFECTS

Grandma Gail is visiting Panama for a few weeks, so we had a 3 generation crop today and participated in Papertrey Ink's Make it Monday!  I was excited to try the new Pub set, and put together a Father's Day card for my husband :)  This was a fun technique!
